Delete a Location

Deleting a location from Security Command removes the location and its programming but doesn’t deactivate cellular modules. To deactivate a SIM before deleting a location, edit the location, select Deactivate Cellular Device, then save the changes.

Note: If mobile wallet credentials are enabled and the location you are deleting is set as the integrator location for mobile wallet credentials, you will be asked to choose a new intregrator location. For more information, refer to .

To delete a location from Security Command, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Location Groups.

  2. Select the location group’s name.

  3. In the row of the location that you want to delete, select the More icon.

  4. Select Delete.

  5. A dialog pops up to confirm your decision. To delete the location, select Delete.
