Location Group

The Location Group page displays a list of your companies and their locations. From this page, you can add, edit, and delete location groups.

Location Group Information

The Location Group page includes a table with information about your location groups and their locations. By default, the table displays the account, location group, location, location type, location version, and connection columns. You can add or remove columns to display various categories.

You can also use the embedded search bar to find or filter location groups. For example, if you want a list of all your location groups that use the XR550, you can type XR550 in the search bar to show only the location groups who use that location.

Column Categories

Category

Description

Account Number

The account number associated with a location.

Created At

The date the location was programmed for the location group.

Has Address

The address of the location group is available and can be used to filter your search.

Location Name

The name given to a location.

Alternate location Name

The personalized name given to a location that displays in Virtual Keypad.

Location Type

The panel model (XTLplus, XTLtouch, XT Series Control Panels, XR Series Control Panels, iComSL, CellCom, or DualCom).

Location Version

The firmware version of the location.

Software Date

The date the software version was updated on the location.

Connection Type

How the location connects to SecureCom servers.

Carrier

The type of carrier the location uses.

App

The app the location group’s location is associated with.

Network/Phone

The contact phone number associated with a location.

Arming Type

The type of arming the location is programmed to use (home/sleep/away, all/perimeter, or areas).

Last Connection

The last date and time a location group accessed the app.

Serial Number

The serial number on the panel of the location.

Location Group Acct

The location group’s unique account number.

Reference #

An integrator account number specifically for Dealer use, not used by SecureCom. It appears on the invoice.

Add or Remove Categories

  1. Select the Columns button.

  2. To add a category to the table, tap the blank square next to the category you want to add.

  3. To remove a category from the table, tap the check mark next to the category you want to remove.

Export Location Group Information to CSV

Select Export to CSV in the top right corner of the table. The CSV file downloads to your device.
