User Management

Security Command allows you to access Virtual Keypad to create users, profiles or groups, schedules, and more. For more information about using Virtual Keypad, refer to Virtual Keypad App Help and VirtualKeypad.com Help.

To manage users in Virtual Keypad, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Location Groups and select a Location.

  2. In the menu, select User Management.

  3. You are redirected to Virtual Keypad where you can manager users, create profiles or groups, and set schedules as needed.
