Search

Security Command offers two ways to use search. The search field on the Location Groups page provides a quick and powerful means to find specific information. The search field in the menu can help you find more general information by category. To search Security Command from the menu, complete the following steps.

  1. After signing in to Security Command, select Search in the menu.

  2. Choose an option from the Select a Category dropdown to narrow down your search results. Searchable categories include Location Groups, App Users, Locations, Video Device MAC\Serial Numbers, Video Doorbell, and XV Series Mac Address.

  3. Search terms must be at least three characters long. Enter the word or phrase that you want to search for into the search field.

  4. Press Enter or select Search.
