You can update location firmware remotely from Security Command using Remote Update. You can also monitor updates from Tools > Remote Update Dashboard. To perform remote updates, complete the following steps.

Go to Location Groups.

Select the location name.

In the menu, go to Location Remote Update.

If you want to view details before updating, go to View Release Notes and select the Open PDF icon.

Select Update Location.
If you go to a different page, the location will continue updating in the background.
