Keywords

The Keywords feature allows you to restrict access for personnel and organize companies, dealers, and locations.

Create a Keyword

To create a Keyword for Location Groups or Locations, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Keywords.

  2. At the top of the page, select the Add icon.

  3. Create a name and description for the Keyword.

  4. Add the Keyword to locations.

Integrator Groups

Integrator Groups allow you to filter locations by dealers, so dealers can only view locations associated with their Integrator account. To view Integrator Groups, go to Settings, then select Keywords. In Integrator Groups, you can view the dealer and the locations added to their account.

Note: Only DMP can create and modify Integrator Groups. To request a new Integrator Group or modify an existing Keyword, contact Customer Service at 417-831-9362 or CustomerService@DMP.com.

Limit Keyword Access

To limit personnel to only see locations with specific Keywords, complete the following steps.

  1. In the menu, go to Personnel > Custom Roles.

  2. In Custom Role List, select an existing role or select the Add icon to create a new role.

  3. In Limit Access, select the Keywords dropdown menu and choose a Keyword to apply to the custom role.

  4. Select the Integrator dropdown menu and choose a dealer to associate with that location.

  5. At the top of the page, select Save.

Search Locations by Keyword Name

Once you have created a Keyword, you can search Location Groups using the Keyword name applied to them. To search Location Groups using a Keyword name, complete the following steps:

  1. In the menu, go to Location Groups.

  2. Enter the Keyword name in the search bar.
